Coverage

Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and quality issues in Doroly products. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Period

  • Non-electronic products: 30 days (e.g., phone cases, phone covers)
  • Electronic products: 60 days (e.g., USB cables, chargers)

Claims Process

If you encounter quality problems within the warranty period after receiving Doroly products, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us and provide a description of the problem, along with pictures and videos if possible.
  2. We will evaluate your claim and, if deemed valid, provide you with free replacement products of the same standard in the next shipment.
  3. If the replacement products fail to function, we will issue a refund or provide a credit note for your next order.
  4. Proof of the last order and payment is required when claiming warranty.

Exclusions

Our warranty policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by rough handling, such as stabbing with sharp objects or bending
  • Storage in extreme environments, such as moisture, high temperature, or fire
  • Force majeure events
