Returns

You have 24 hours to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. You may be required to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.
