Coverage
Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and quality issues in Doroly products. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Warranty Period
- Non-electronic products: 30 days (e.g., phone cases, phone covers)
- Electronic products: 60 days (e.g., USB cables, chargers)
Claims Process
If you encounter quality problems within the warranty period after receiving Doroly products, please follow these steps:
- Contact us and provide a description of the problem, along with pictures and videos if possible.
- We will evaluate your claim and, if deemed valid, provide you with free replacement products of the same standard in the next shipment.
- If the replacement products fail to function, we will issue a refund or provide a credit note for your next order.
- Proof of the last order and payment is required when claiming warranty.
Exclusions
Our warranty policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by rough handling, such as stabbing with sharp objects or bending
- Storage in extreme environments, such as moisture, high temperature, or fire
- Force majeure events
